Claude Crocker- Owner/Associate Broker
Claude has been licensed since 1968 and has pretty much seen it all. Claude is an invaluable resource for the rest of the office as he always has some insight or experience that he has picked up through the years that you just can’t find from looking in a book. Claude is a Past President of the Thomasville Area Board of Realtors as well as a former Past President of the Southwest Georgia Board of Realtors. Claude was the 2000 Realtor of the Year for the Thomasville Area Board of Realtors. Claude attended College on the GI Bill and started college at ABAC and wound up graduating from the University of Georgia where he was an Alpha Gamma Rho. Claude is an Active Member of Victory Fellowship Church where he attends with his wife, Claudia. Claude has two sons, Curtis and Dan who work with him in the family real estate business. Claude is also the proud Grandfather of two boys and three girls. Fishing down at the coast and wing shooting are some of Claude’s favorite interests. Claude can be reached at (229) 403-6297.
Daniel Crocker-GA/FL Licensed Real Estate Broker
Dan basically grew up in the real estate business and is a Past President of the Thomasville Area Board of Realtors, a Past Realtor of the Year for TABOR and currently serves as a director for the Thomasville Area Board. Dan has also served as the president of the GA Chapter of Realtors Land Institute and is currently on the Board of Directors for GA RLI. On the national level, Dan served on the 2022 Board of Directors for the REALTORS Land Institute as well as being the Committee Chair of the Accredited Land Consultant Committee. Dan is currently serving on the 2023 RLI Governance Committee. Dan is one of a handful of people in South Georgia who hold the Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation, a designation he has held for over 15 years. Dan also has the Graduate Realtor Institute designation (GRI), and has completed the Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) designation course. Dan was the 2008 President for the Thomasville Exchange Club. Dan earned his UAS Remote Pilot License from the FAA in 2017. Dan believes in Education. He is always trying to find a better way to do something. Dan Graduated from Valdosta State College in 1991 (Speech Communications), (Kappa Alpha), and later went back to now Valdosta State University and earned his Graduate Degree in Public Administration. Dan married Kayce Palmer of Thomasville in 1997 and they have two daughters and a son, Charlotte, Emmaline, and Colin. They are active members of First Baptist Church in Thomasville where Dan volunteers with Wednesday Night Kids Ministry. Dan is also a 20+ year volunteer with the Rose City Run. Salt Water Fly Fishing is Dan’s favorite pursuit (Fly Fishers International Certified Fly Casting Instructor since 1999) and during the Winter time, hunting runs a close second. Curtis Crocker
Curtis is a wealth of information on the technical side of the land brokerage business. Curtis has been involved in the real estate business since he was old enough to pick up roots when clearing land. Curtis graduated from Southern Tech in Marietta Georgia with a degree in Engineering Technology and an Associate in Surveying. Curtis is a long-time employee of the City of Thomasville in the Engineering Department. Curtis is Married to Nancy Crocker and they have two children, Cole Thomas, and Carter Grace. Curtis enjoys Saltwater Fishing, both deep and shallow water, and is an avid wing shooter. Curtis can be reached at 229-224-1391. Engineering types….call Curtis! Darlene Moss (Office/Property Manager)
Darlene Moss is the Office Manager and is a Certified Georgia Property Management Specialist. She has
been with Crocker Realty for 10 years. Darlene holds a B.B.A. from Mercer University Stetson School of
Business and has a Master’s Degree in Vocational Education from UGA. She loves to cook, read, and
cheer for her grandson in football and wrestling.
