Claude Crocker- Owner/Associate Broker

Claude has been licensed since 1968 and has pretty much seen it all. Claude is an invaluable resource for the rest of the office as he always has some insight or experience that he has picked up through the years that you just can’t find from looking in a book. Claude is a Past President of the Thomasville Area Board of Realtors as well as a former Past President of the Southwest Georgia Board of Realtors. Claude was the 2000 Realtor of the Year for the Thomasville Area Board of Realtors. Claude attended College on the GI Bill and started college at ABAC and wound up graduating from the University of Georgia where he was an Alpha Gamma Rho. Claude is an Active Member of New Covenant Church where he attends with his wife, Claudia. Claude has two sons, Curtis and Dan who work with him in the business. Claude is also the proud Grandfather of two boys and three girls. Fishing down at the coast and wing shooting are some of Claude’s favorite interests.

Daniel Crocker-GA/FL Licensed Real Estate Broker

Dan basically grew up in the real estate business and is a Past President of the Thomasville Area Board of Realtors, Past Realtor of the Year for TABOR and currently serves as a director for the Thomasville Area Board. Dan has also served as the president of the GA Chapter of Realtors Land Institute and is currently on the Board of Directors for GA RLI. Dan was the 2008 President for the Thomasville Exchange Club. Dan believes in Education. He is always trying to find a better way to do something. Dan is one of a handful of people in South Georgia who hold the Accredited Land Consultant designation. Dan also has the Graduate Realtor Institute designation (GRI), and completed the Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) designation. Dan Graduated from Valdosta State College in 1991 (Speech Communications), (Kappa Alpha), and later went back to now Valdosta State University and earned his Graduate Degree in Public Administration. Dan married Kayce Palmer of Thomasville in 1997 and they have two daughters and a son, Charlotte, Emmaline, and Colin. They are members of First Baptist Church in Thomasville. Curtis Crocker

Curtis is a wealth of information on the technical side of the land brokerage business. Curtis has been involved in the real estate business since he was old enough to pick up roots when clearing land. Curtis graduated from Southern Tech in Marietta Georgia with a degree in Engineering Technology and an Associates in Surveying. Curtis is a long time employee of the City of Thomasville in the Engineering Department. Curtis is Married to Nancy Crocker and they have two Children, Cole Thomas and Carter Grace. Rodney Jackson

Rodney grew up in and around Thomasville and actually sold Real Estate with my Father when most of us other Realtors were wondering what we were going to have for lunch at school that day! That is not to say he is old but that he has seen a great deal. Rodney was actually my boss at one time when he was the manager of Millpond Plantation. Millpond is probably one of the prettiest plantations in the Thomas County area. He knows a thing or two about managing land. He also knows a thing or two about Gardens. Give him a call. Joey S. Tillman

Born and raised in South Georgia, Joey is the son of Tom and Sarah Tillman of Coolidge. He is unapologetically Christian. A husband and father of 4, Joey is a former USMC Sergeant, private pilot, communications major from VSU, Merchant Marine, NFPA Fire Officer/ Instructor, Wildland Firefighter, rescue technician, paramedic, Thomas County Fire Volunteer and youth leader.
